Return & Refund Policy

At JAYDOO FANCY BOUTIQUE LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines:

1. Eligibility – Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items – For hygiene reasons, accessories, intimate wear, and clearance items are non-returnable.

3. Process – To request a return, contact us at Jaydoofancyboutique@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

4. Refunds – Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges – Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

6. Damaged/Incorrect Items – If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos for a replacement or full refund.
